No-Fly Nature Holidays

With the immense media interest in climate change to reduce our carbon footprint, we have designed our No-Fly nature-friendly holidays stay in places which are actively reducing their carbon footprint.

These holidays are designed to be educational, fun and flexible and include a cleanup element, so enhancing the local community and environment.

Family Holidays
After spending so much time home educating for the last few weeks, we take the pressure off, providing you with an experienced leader who will organise all the activities and allow you some adult time! We’ll also provide all the food so you don’t have to think about what to cook or what to do each day!

Why not come on a nature-friendly holiday as a family? Staying in sustainable accommodation, eating locally produced food and learning about your carbon footprint.  Each day has a theme and sample activities include:

Accommodation – ranging from campsites to environmental centres.
Food – all locally produced food is included, so reducing your food miles.

Art – doing art on the beach, making art out of plastic or natural materials, reed making.
Beach/River – doing a beach or river clean, water activity such as surfing or canoeing.
Free day – giving you lots of ideas in the local area and getting to places by bus – river trips.
Micro Plastics – doing educational workshops at aquariums, linking with scientists to do survey’s, visiting a recycling centre to find out about rubbish.
Woodland Day – finding out how climate change has impacted on plants and animals, spending a day with a Wildlife Ranger.
Last night – campfire and some reflection time
